Craftsmanship of making. What have you been making that deserves real mastery, not just practice?
ActiveAbilities and ideas without mastery and excellence: talent and ambition require practice, resources, tools, discipline and standards to become exceptional work, and without the right conditions, potential can remain undeveloped or fall short of what it could become.
Jema creates the conditions for an idea, ability, material or practice to develop towards mastery and excellence, turning ideas into tangible work of lasting quality and establishing standards that can be practised, preserved and passed on.
Within Jema Craftsmanship Network, Jema Mastery Bench contributes: Craftsmanship of making.
Tell us what you're building, what is missing, and what could help you move forward.
